Add SeFlow technical support to downtime monitors

DomFlow Uptime monitor paid customer (all packages except free basic) can monitor their CloudFlow or  CloudONE servers and insert SeFlow technical support address to the Alert.

This service is reserved for Customer with CloudFlow and CloudONE active package and any paid uptime monitor packages (all except free basic)

When we receive a downtime, we will reboot server for you. If reboot not fix the issue we will open you a ticket with detailed outage description.

To enable it please add to your monitor platform as described in the video
